We at Coleman & Co. do not believe in just sticking a sign in the yard and hoping for a ready, willing, and able buyer to drive along and see it and want to buy your home. We believe in doing everything in our power to promote your property so that everybody in the market for a home knows your home is available.
Why List with Coleman & Co.
A. We have a separate listing department that just focuses on your listing. Information is available immediately to you and our clients and fellow Realtors® that is accurate and thorough.
B. We have a separate Closing Department that focuses just on your Closing 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday and getting your properties properly closed. Closing is ˝ of the work of selling real estate.
C. All communications are documented through e-mails, fax, etc., to prevent lawsuits and/or hard feelings. All Change Orders are handled through Coleman & Co. for a paper trail.
D. 6 full-time Buyer's Agents who focus solely on working with our buyers - rolling out the red carpet so to speak, which is what your Clients deserve.
E. Separate Marketing person handling all our marketing needs. Staying on top of those needs provides a top quality image for Coleman's and your home.
