Vista Ridge is a new community of 68 new single-family homes located just northeast of Branson proper.  Vista Ridge is a very secure community with a private gated entrance and wood privacy fence along the exterior of the neighborhood.  The homes have very level yards and feature 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, & 2 car garages.  The yards are nicely sodded giving a great curb appeal to the homes.

Seven new homes area left in Vista Ridge. Another went under contract last week. The builder is offering a limited time incentive for the remaining seven homes. Anyone that purchases one of the seven homes will receive a FREE gas card for $1,000. This is a pretty nice BONUS with gas the way it is...get a new home and free gas!
